Harry was born in 1831 in Islington, Middlesex.1 Harry's father was George Woods and his mother was Sophia. His paternal grandparents were <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He was the third of five children. He had three brothers and a sister, named Francis, William, Edwin and Frances.
