Mary was born in Dec-1764.  Mary's father was Joshua Bevan and her mother was Ann Summers.  Her maternal grandparents were  William Summers and  <Unknown>.  She was the second of nine children.  She had three brothers and five sisters, named William, Job, Caleb, Ann, Jane, Betty, Hannah and Jemima.
