Jane Beaven

Jane was born in 1837 in Westbury, Wiltshire.¹

Jane's father was Job Beaven and her mother was Eliza Hancock. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Mitchell and Betty Beaven. She was the fourth of eight children. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Nathaniel, Job, Mark, Luke, Hannah and Eliza. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named George, Alfred and Caroline.
